Located on Xavier da Silveira Street, 12 apto..Good location, side ocean view, near Cantagalo subway station, in front of Othon Hotel and right around the corner from the beach and all the entertainment. Box beds in each bedroom, all new furniture, a.c, cable tv, dvd, internet, safe, stereo system, tv all the bedrooms, american bar, two bathroom. Towels and lines included. 24-hour door attendant security.

For the period of Christmas, New Year and Carnival will accept reservations at least 10 nights.

Payment in advance

All rentals fees shall be paid in advance, or at the moment of occupation of the apartment by the tenant. We would remind customers that such payment may not be made by check or credit card. May be paid by cash in Real (Brazilian Currency). Upon arrival you should pay a secure deposit of US$ 200,00 that is 100% refundable to you on your check out day, after the apartment is checked by the maid, if no items are broken, damaged or missing. Handover of keys to the apartment shall be arranged after full payment of the total.
Cancellation policy: Making the reservation constitutes an obligation of both parties so if the guest have already made a down payment, he can’t change the dates. If a customer makes booking and no-show for reasons of delays, missed flights etc.. it will be compulsorily charged on the days reserved. There will not be under any circumstances reimbursement of the days when he was not in the apartment. Should the contracting party (client) decide to cancel the rental after having paid the full amount or any deposit, no reimbursement shall be made in any circumstances, where by any down payment made shall remain with Rio.

Cleanliness - All apartments shall be delivered to the client in a clean and tidy condition. There are lines and towels included.
