Payment in advance

30% advance payment on bank account or payment with PayPal or Western Union. The remaining 70% paid in cash upon check-in. The New Year and Carnival will be the 50% advance to be paid. Upon check in you leave a deposit which will be returned the day after the check out overall control of the apartment to see if there are any damages or problems at the apartment. We don't accept credit cards for the payment.
